Charter Perak Forestry Department

	All applications for the issue of forest or wood-based factories will be processed in accordance with established procedures.
	Licenses for forest produce will be issued within a period not exceeding six (6) months from the date of approval, after all the conditions of approval are met.
	License for wood-based factories will the output in a period not exceeding one (1) month from the date of completion of factory built after fulfilling all the conditions of approval.
	Decision on the application to extend the license or licenses of forest produce wood-based factories will be given within a period not exceeding one (1) month from the date of application.
	Appreciate the information and feedback received from the public. All complaints will be dealt with forest offense within a period not exceeding three (3) days.
